Summer Reading Program: Teens

This program is designed for teens in grades 6 through 12 to encourage lifelong reading habits. For every 100 pages read, teens will be entered into a weekly prize drawing throughout the summer. If you are 12 and volunteering or participating in teen programs, we recommend that you register as a teen reader.

Reading during the summer helps prevent learning loss and allows kids to explore their interests!

Each page logged earns one point toward your reading goals and badges.

As you reach goals, you will unlock mini-games to play at home and a chance to win through the teen summer reading raffles.

If you are a winner in the weekly drawing, we will call you when your prize is ready for pick up.

Summer Reading Program: Adults 

This program is designed for Adults 18+ (out of high school) to motivate life-long reading habits. For every 1 book read, adults will be entered into a weekly prize drawing throughout the summer.

Adults are encouraged to read books they are interested in. Please make sure you are selecting the right reader when logging books for a family.

**Take note that picture books should not be counted toward the adult logging.** 

If you are an adult reading picture books, we recommend you register under Time Trackers..

. If you're reading to little ones, Please make sure you are selecting the correct account. • Audiobooks and individual books of the Bible each count as one book.

Summer Reading Program: Time Trackers

The Time Trackers program is designed for children ages 0 to 12 and those who may need extra reading support. This summer, we’re focusing on building strong daily reading habits! Participants will log each day they read for at least 30 minutes to earn points.  1 day = 1 point  Every 5 points earns one spin on the prize wheel. Read for 50 days this summer and earn up to 10 spins!  At the end of the challenge, all participants can pick up a goodie bag and certificate to celebrate their success.

When logging your reading, you only need to enter one book title per day. The system is set up to allow just one entry per day, so please avoid logging multiple books to prevent accidentally recording extra reading days.

This day-based system helps all readers—big and small—develop consistent reading routines while making it fun and rewarding! Reading during the summer helps prevent learning loss, fosters a love of books, and allows participants to explore their interests!
